Anhui Radio and TV University Chuzhou Branch was established in February, 1979. It is a municipal university established by Chuzhou Municipal Government. Its business is guided by Anhui Radio and TV University, and at the same time, it guides six county-level TV stations in Mingguang, Tianchang, Lai 'an, Dingyuan, Fengyang and Quanjiao.
The school has formed a trinity of academic education, continuing education and community education.
