I. Registration conditions
Candidates applying for the special program of Shanghai International Studies University must meet the following four conditions:
1. Candidates meet the registration conditions for the unified college entrance examination in 2020;
2. Candidates and their parents or legal guardians have their household registration in the rural areas where the special plan of colleges and universities is implemented, and the candidates themselves have local household registration for more than 3 consecutive years. The specific implementation area shall be determined by the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities);
3. The candidate has been studying in the county high school where the household registration is located for 3 consecutive years and actually studied;
4. The candidates' total scores in the final exam of the first semester of senior three and the first model exam and the ranking of English subjects are all within 5% of the whole grade before their lifetime.
Second, the enrollment plan
The number of special enrollment plans of Shanghai International Studies University in 2020 shall be based on the enrollment scale of special enrollment plans of ordinary colleges and universities approved by the Ministry of Education, and the school shall formulate provincial plans (see Article 4 below for specific principles). 1. Business administration includes four majors: business administration, public relations, information management and information system, and big data management and application;
2. All majors are liberal arts and sciences; In the provinces with comprehensive reform of college entrance examination, the subjects selected by candidates should meet the requirements of professional (class) selected subjects. The elective subjects corresponding to business administration are limited to physics, and the elective subjects of other majors are not limited;
Only candidates whose foreign language is English can apply for the exam.
Third, the registration method
1. Online registration: The registration period is May 1 1 to May 25th, 2020. Candidates who meet the registration requirements log in to the special program registration system of colleges and universities /gxzxbm/ for real-name registration. According to the system prompts, they fill in and upload relevant materials one by one as required for registration. There are no other offline registration methods. In case of system technical problems in online registration, candidates can contact the service hotline and customer service mailbox marked at the bottom of the registration page for support.
(1) Personal information: complete and truthfully fill in the basic information, middle school information, achievement information (scores/full marks, total marks/full marks of all subjects in the final examination of senior high school and academic level examination in each semester, and scores of the same subject/total score), scores of selected subjects (provinces that comprehensively reformed the college entrance examination), comprehensive information, information on special plans of colleges and universities, scores of model examinations, scores of English single subjects,
(2) Professional volunteers: up to 6 professional volunteers can be filled in. When candidates fill in their majors, they should strictly follow the relevant provisions (links) of the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination in Colleges and Universities, and may not fill in related restricted majors. Candidates who implement the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination in the province should strictly control the requirements of the selected subjects of various majors announced by the school in the province and fill in the majors that match their selected subjects.
(3) Proof materials: Candidates must provide a copy of the 2020 college entrance examination registration information form and household registration book, scan or shoot the electronic version and upload it to the "supplementary materials". Candidates who submit the high school award certificate (not required) should be responsible for its authenticity and upload it to the "Award Record". Papers and patents are not conditions for school registration and may not be uploaded as registration materials.
2. Secondary school recommendation: Candidates who register must be recommended by their secondary school. After receiving the e-mail, the recommender will fill in the form online, explain the recommendation reasons from the candidates' moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic aspects, and truthfully state the total number of students in the same subject in Grade Three, the total score ranking of the candidates in Grade Three, and the ranking of English subjects. The recommender downloads the middle school recommendation form generated by the printing system, and uploads it to the system after being publicized, stamped and signed by the middle school.
3. Candidates promise: After the candidates confirm their wishes, they will download and print the registration form, and I will sign and promise that all the materials submitted are objective and true. If there is any false content, the school will cancel the registration, examination and admission qualification of its special college program this year, and notify the provincial admissions examination institution where the candidate is located. The relevant provincial entrance examination institutions will cancel their qualifications for registration, examination and admission in this year's college entrance examination in accordance with relevant regulations, and suspend their participation in various national education examinations 1-3 years depending on the seriousness of the case.
4. Secondary school audit: All application materials submitted by candidates, such as application forms and certification materials, must be audited by secondary schools, signed by the principal, sealed by the secondary school, and publicized in detail on the secondary school website and classes. The number of people, subjects and full marks in the same exam in the same middle school should be the same.
5. Material requirements: The registration materials signed by the candidate's middle school are scanned and uploaded to the system to complete the registration, and the registration materials do not need to be mailed. If the important information in the registration materials is missing, inaccurate or altered, or the uploaded materials are vague or incomplete, the registration is invalid.
Fourth, the selection process
1. Qualification examination: All provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) are responsible for examining the basic information of candidates' household registration, student status and so on, and the school checks their qualifications such as student registration, household registration and college entrance examination registration according to the candidates' application materials. Candidates who do not meet the implementation conditions of the special plan of colleges and universities are disqualified from entering the subsequent selection process.
2. Preliminary examination of materials: the school organizes experts to conduct preliminary examination of the valid application materials that have passed the qualification verification and submitted as required, comprehensively evaluate the candidates' ideals and beliefs, ideology and morality, academic performance and comprehensive quality, determine the qualified list of the preliminary examination, and publicize it on the school enrollment network and the "Sunshine College Entrance Examination" platform of the Ministry of Education before June 30, 2020.
3. Making plans: The school makes provincial-level enrollment plans according to the registration and preliminary examination of candidates in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), professional volunteers, admission in previous years, quality of students and other factors, and submits them to provincial-level enrollment examination institutions. Candidates in the college entrance examination to fill in the college special plan professional volunteers, to the provincial admissions examination institutions announced the enrollment professional plan shall prevail.
4. Admission requirements:
(1) Candidates who have passed the preliminary examination and have no objection to the publicity take the college entrance examination, and fill in the corresponding batch of college entrance examination volunteers according to the arrangements and requirements of the provincial admissions examination institutions and the published special plans for colleges and universities. Candidates who fail to fill in the college special plan volunteers as required will no longer be eligible for admission to the college special plan.
(2) According to the published enrollment plan of provinces and majors, the school will select the best candidates according to their college entrance examination results (including national policy plus points). Admission of candidates for the college entrance examination must meet the following requirements: non-Jiangsu and Hainan candidates must reach 40 points below the simulated investment line of the same subject in this province (Shandong and Zhejiang are the minimum professional investment lines) and not lower than the first batch of undergraduate admission control scores of the same subject (such as the merger of undergraduate batches or the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, the minimum admission control line for the special plan of colleges and universities determined by this province); Jiangsu candidates must reach 25 points below the simulated investment line of the same subject and not less than the first batch of undergraduate admission control scores of the same subject; Hainan candidates must reach 50 points below the minimum professional group investment line and not less than the minimum admission control line of the special plan of colleges and universities determined by the province. The simulated investment line is calculated and generated by the provincial entrance examination institution of the source of students according to the final investment ratio of all colleges and universities in the first batch of undergraduate enrollment in this province; Only in the provinces that approve the enrollment plan in advance, the school will refer to the admission line of the province in advance.
(3) The school assigns candidates to majors according to the principle of "giving priority to scores and obeying the will", and all candidates must obey the professional voluntary adjustment.
(4) Jiangsu candidates' college entrance examination subject level must reach BB and above, and candidates from provinces with comprehensive reform of college entrance examination must meet the requirements of selected majors.
(5) Candidates who are admitted to foreign language majors must take the oral Chinese test in the college entrance examination and pass the test (except for provinces where the provincial entrance examination institutions have not organized the oral test).
(6) Candidates' physical examination conclusions must conform to the relevant requirements of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities.
(7) If the number of people is insufficient, the plan will no longer solicit volunteers or reduce scores. The admission list of special programs in colleges and universities was published on the school enrollment network and the "Sunshine College Entrance Examination" platform of the Ministry of Education in late August.

1. The enrollment work of special plans in colleges and universities is carried out under the leadership of the leading group of school enrollment, and major issues are decided by the leading group of school enrollment through collective discussion.
2. The school strictly implements information publicity, and the list of qualified candidates, the list of selected qualifications, the list of college special programs and related information are publicized as required.
3. The school strictly re-examines the qualifications of freshmen, and compares the electronic files and paper files of freshmen provided by provincial entrance examination institutions with the special registration materials of candidates' colleges and universities one by one.
4. The school severely punishes fraud. For candidates who forge, alter, tamper with or falsify their household registration and other false personal information and provide false application materials, the school shall, in accordance with relevant regulations, cancel their qualifications for special programs in colleges and universities, and notify the provincial entrance examination institutions where the candidates are located for further processing. If you are found after entering school, your school status will be cancelled. If you are found after graduation, your diploma and degree certificate will be cancelled.
