How time flies! We have studied here for 8 days. Through these days of study, we found that Australia is an inclusive, friendly and diversified country. There are vibrant parks, quiet and tidy stations, winding streets, and the essence of various cultures is displayed here. People of different colors nodded and smiled at each other, and different cultures exchanged and gathered here, which made me forget the panic when I first arrived, and everything needed to be explored urgently.

Each class in West Sydney lasts for one and a half hours, and we communicate in English all the time! But the teacher's unique teaching charm, humorous teaching style and relaxed classroom atmosphere did not make us realize the long time. Even in theoretical courses such as pronunciation and grammar, teachers can use simple explanations, supplemented by many interesting examples, to mobilize the classroom atmosphere and let everyone actively integrate into the classroom. After each activity, the teacher will help us summarize how the activities just carried out can be flexibly applied to our future study and life.

In class, the teacher introduced us a lot of knowledge about Australian native culture. For example, indigenous culture is very special! More than 40,000 years ago, aborigines settled in the Australian mainland. They are completely isolated from the world and live by hunting and gathering. In the eighteenth century, Europeans came here and forced the indigenous people to leave their territory. Nowadays, many aborigines feel isolated in the white society, but they still try to maintain the individuality of their tribe. Australian aborigines are the earliest inhabitants of Australia. They belong to nomadic people and have no fixed settlements. They are scattered all over Australia. Before Europeans occupied Australia, there were more than 500 tribes with a population of 750,000.

As newcomers, we have learned a lot in class, communication and experience. Visit Sydney Opera House, Sydney Bridge, Botanical Garden, etc. We have gained too much! I hope our experience will be more exciting in the next few days.
