Hebei Normal University is a Class A college, which recruits the first batch of college entrance examination candidates and some second-class professional candidates.

Hebei Normal University, located in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is a provincial key university with a century-old history and glorious tradition. The school originated from Shuntianfu School founded by 1902 in Beijing and Beiyang Normal School founded by 1906 in Tianjin. 1June 1996, the former Hebei Normal University, Hebei Normal University and Hebei Institute of Education founded by 1952 and Hebei Vocational and Technical Teachers College founded by 1984 merged to form a new Hebei Normal University, which is one of the earlier and larger normal universities in China. One of the universities to build universities for the whole province and implement the excellent teacher training plan.
