Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 According to the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, the Provincial Admissions Committee and the Education Department, in order to standardize the enrollment work of Chengyi College of Jimei University and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, these Articles of Association are formulated in combination with the actual situation of the college.

Article 2 College name: Chengyi College of Jimei University (GB code 1347 1), and school address: Jimei Avenue 199, jimei district, Xiamen, Fujian (postal code: 36 102 1).

Article 3 The College is an independent college jointly sponsored by Jimei University and Fujian Jimei University Education Development Foundation with the approval of the Ministry of Education.

Article 4 The college holds full-time undergraduate education, with the enrollment type of ordinary undergraduate and the educational system of four years.

Article 5 Students who have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan, obtained the required credits and met the graduation requirements shall be awarded the graduation certificate of Chengyi College of Jimei University recognized and electronically registered by the Ministry of Education; Those who meet the conditions for granting a bachelor's degree shall be awarded the corresponding bachelor's degree by Chengyi College of Jimei University.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 6 The College shall set up an enrollment work leading group composed of college leaders and heads of relevant departments, which shall fully lead and be responsible for the enrollment work of the College, formulate enrollment policies and plans, and discuss and decide on major enrollment matters.

Article 7 The Admissions Office of colleges and universities is a permanent organization that organizes and implements enrollment work, and is responsible for enrollment and daily work.

Article 8 The College shall set up an Admissions Committee composed of college leaders, heads of relevant departments, teachers' representatives, students' representatives and alumni's representatives, so as to give full play to the role of democratic management and supervision in formulating college enrollment plans, determining enrollment policies and rules, and deciding on major enrollment matters.

Article 9 The Commission for Discipline Inspection of the College shall be responsible for supervising the enrollment of the College.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Adjustment Principles

Article 10 The College enrolls students from 29 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) nationwide, and the enrollment majors and plans in 2020 shall be subject to the announcement of the enrollment departments of the provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions).

Eleventh according to the actual situation of students in each province, adjust the use plan, in accordance with the examination and approval procedures of the college, with the consent of the provincial education authorities, make a plan adjustment.

Chapter IV Access Rules

Article 12 The enrollment of colleges and universities follows the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.

Article 13 The college shall determine the file transfer ratio according to the students' situation in each province (city, autonomous region), and the file transfer ratio shall be controlled within 1.20% of the number of batch enrollment plans in parallel volunteer. In parallel volunteer batch, the proportion of file adjustment is determined in principle according to the number of enrollment plans 100%.

Article 14 Principle of major deployment: scores are given priority, followed by professional volunteers, that is, the professional volunteers of candidates are deployed according to the principle of parallel and orderly professional volunteers. When the professional volunteers reported by the candidates are not accepted, the candidates who are subject to professional adjustment will be transferred from high scores to low scores to the majors that are not fully recorded; Candidates who do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.

When the scores are the same, they are sorted according to the order from high to low. The ranking order of single subject scores: literature and history are in accordance with Chinese, liberal arts, mathematics and foreign languages; Science and engineering according to mathematics, science synthesis, Chinese and foreign languages; Candidates from provinces and cities who implement the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination are admitted in the order of Chinese, mathematics and foreign language scores.

The college accepts students from Inner Mongolia according to the rules of "Admission Plan 1: 1".

College is a general major admission in Jiangsu Province. Elective subjects require CC and above, compulsory subjects require 4C and above, and technical subjects must be qualified.

In the provinces (cities) that implement the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, the requirements and admission rules of each major are implemented in accordance with the plans and related measures announced by the relevant provincial admissions authorities.

Article 15 The college takes English as the basic foreign language for teaching.

Sixteenth candidates who enjoy the bonus policy shall, in principle, be implemented according to the provisions of the Education Examinations Institute of the province (city, autonomous region) where the candidates are located. In the case of the same score, priority can be given to admission.

Seventeenth in the process of admission, if the number of applicants in each major is unbalanced, the college may adjust the enrollment plan appropriately among the majors with the approval of the provincial education examination institute in the place of origin.

Article 18 The candidates' physical health status shall be implemented in accordance with the requirements of Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to Cancellation of Hepatitis B Testing for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Church [2065438+00] No.2).

Freshmen need to re-examine some physical examination items after entering school. Candidates who do not meet the admission requirements or practise fraud will be treated differently until their admission qualifications are cancelled and their files are returned to their original places.

The 19th art major enrollment

For enrollment in Fujian province, the college confirmed the results of the unified examination for art majors in Fujian province. After the results of college entrance examination and professional unified examination are online, they will be admitted from high to low according to their professional scores. When the professional scores are the same, candidates with high cultural achievements are given priority. Cultural achievement is a provincial characteristic score parallel to the ranking, including fixed care plus points.

For the enrollment outside Fujian province, the college confirmed the results of the unified examination for art majors in various provinces. After the college entrance examination cultural achievements (including fixed care plus points) and professional unified examination results are online, they will be admitted from high to low according to professional achievements. When the professional achievements are the same, candidates with high cultural achievements are given priority. When the professional and cultural achievements are the same, they are admitted from high to low according to the scores of Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages and comprehensive subjects.

If there are special provisions for art majors in the province, the relevant provisions in the province shall prevail.

There is no grade difference in art majors.

Twentieth sports professional enrollment.

After the college confirms the results of the unified examination of physical education majors in all provinces, the cultural achievements of the college entrance examination and the results of the unified examination of majors are online, they will be admitted from high to low according to the results of the unified examination of majors. In the case of the same professional achievements, candidates with high cultural achievements are given priority.

If there are special provisions for sports majors in the province, the relevant provisions in the province shall prevail.

Chapter V Charging Standards, Refund Methods and Award Scholarship System

Article 21 Fees for various majors in 2020: (1) Tuition: law, preschool education, social sports guidance and management, Chinese language and literature, and English, with tuition per person per academic year 17000 yuan; Finance, finance, international economy and trade, transportation, project management, business administration, accounting, logistics management, supply chain management and other majors, the tuition fee per person per academic year is 18000 yuan; Financial engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, electronic information engineering, communication engineering, automation, computer science and technology, data science and big data technology, digital media technology, e-commerce, navigation technology and other majors, the tuition fee per person per academic year is 18500 yuan; Software engineering, network engineering, internet of things engineering, intelligent manufacturing engineering and other majors, the tuition fee per person per academic year is 20,000 yuan; The tuition fee for musicology, dance, visual communication design, environmental design and other majors is 2 1000 yuan per academic year (min price [20 13] 167, min price [20 14] 167, min price)

(2) Accommodation: The college arranges accommodation in a unified way. According to different accommodation conditions, the accommodation fee is charged from 1092 yuan to 1380 yuan (apartment) per person per academic year (fee [2018] No.213).

(three) if there is any adjustment to the tuition and accommodation fees, it shall be implemented in accordance with the standards approved or filed by the competent price department.

The refund method shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions in Cheng Yi University Comprehensive [2020] No.25 Measures for the Administration of Student Payment of Chengyi College of Jimei University.

Article 22 The College shall establish professional scholarships, learning progress awards, individual awards and discipline competition awards. In addition, there are "national scholarships", "national inspirational scholarships" and "national grants" established by the state.

According to the needs of running a school, the college has set up a certain number of work-study positions, so that students can get some remuneration through labor and make up part of their living expenses.

Article 25 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. If there is any inconsistency with the relevant policies of the state and superiors, the relevant policies of the state and superiors shall prevail.
