Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to full-time undergraduate enrollment of Shanxi Agricultural University.

Article 3 The enrollment work of Shanxi Agricultural University strictly implements the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the enrollment management departments of provinces (cities, districts), and follows the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission".

Article 15 Language requirements for foreign languages: In 2020, all majors will be enrolled in any language, but foreign language courses in schools will only be offered in English and Japanese.

Article 22 The number of reserved plans and the use principle: The number of reserved plans in our school shall not exceed 1% of our annual undergraduate plan. The reserved plan adheres to the principles of collective deliberation, collective decision-making, openness and transparency, and is used to adjust the imbalance of online entrance examination students in various provinces (cities, districts) and the admission of candidates in the same period of online entrance examination in various provinces (cities, districts) that implement the parallel volunteer admission model.

Chapter VI Admission Rules

Twenty-third schools are admitted according to the principle of "scores first, volunteers first", that is, after ranking candidates' scores from high to low at the provincial level, they are admitted in the order of candidates' professional volunteers, and there is no grade difference. If the candidates' scores are the same, they will be selected according to the scores of single subjects from high to low. The order of single subjects is: science and engineering candidates are mathematics, Chinese, science synthesis and foreign languages, while literature and history candidates are Chinese, mathematics, liberal arts synthesis and foreign languages.

When the candidates' scores can't meet their professional wishes, if the candidates obey the professional adjustment, the school will adjust from high score to low score according to the candidates' filing scores to the majors whose enrollment plan has not been completed until the enrollment is full. Candidates who still can't meet the professional wishes and don't obey the professional adjustment according to the above principles will be dismissed.
