Maritime University is close to Black Rock Reef and Xinghai Square. It takes about half an hour by bus, and many buses, including the 202 tram, can reach it.

Natural Museum (get off at Heishijiao Station and enter the museum for free with your ID card. The seaside scenery at Heishijiao is good)

There is Xinghai Park (get off at Xinghai Park Station, free of tickets, and you can take a cruise to the seaside, where there are Shengya Ocean World, Xinghai bungee jumping and so on).

Xinghai Park can walk along the coast to Xinghai Square (the largest square in Asia and a must for tourists).
