1, Hubei Normal University: located in Huangshi City, Hubei Province. It is a provincial-level comprehensive key normal undergraduate college, which focuses on humanities, social sciences, science and engineering, features teacher education and serves basic education. Formerly known as Huangshi Branch of Huazhong Normal University, it was founded in April 1973, and in March/20 16, the Ministry of Education officially approved Hubei Normal University to be renamed Hubei Normal University.
2. Hubei Institute of Technology: located in Huangshi City, Hubei Province. Established with the approval of the Ministry of Education, it is a provincial full-time comprehensive undergraduate college with work as the center, work-integrated learning and coordinated development of engineering, science, economics, management, medicine, literature, teaching and art.
3. College of Arts and Sciences of Hubei Normal University: located at No.666, East Jinshan Avenue, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Huangshi City, Hubei Province. The campus covers an area of 673 mu, with a planned land area of 1 1,000 mu and a building area of1/0,000 square meters. There are 32 undergraduate majors, 6 junior majors/kloc-0, and nearly 6,000 undergraduate and junior college students.
4. Hubei Engineering Vocational College: Located at the foot of baimashan, Tuanchengshan Economic Development Zone, Huangshi City, on the west bank of Cihu Lake, it covers an area of 88 1.66 mu and has a building area of 150484 square meters. It is the only higher vocational college in Huangshi area, and it is a comprehensive vocational and technical college focusing on machinery, automobile, electromechanical, electronics, information, architecture and other disciplines, integrating general college and secondary school education.
