Yangtze University, located in Jingzhou City, Hubei Province, is a key university in Hubei Province. It is a national "Basic Capacity Building Project for Universities in the Midwest" and a "National First-class University Building University" in Hubei Province. It is also a joint venture between Hubei Provincial People's Government, China Petroleum and Natural Gas Corporation and China Petrochemical Corporation.
