Education of civil servants:

Recruitment of civil servants, the following persons can not apply:

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been dismissed from public office;

2. Persons who are found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels;

3. Civil servants and staff members of administrative organs (units) managed by reference to the Civil Service Law have been dismissed for less than 5 years;

4. Active servicemen;

5. Probation civil servants and administrative organs (units) staff who refer to the management of the Civil Service Law;

6. Non-fresh graduates who are studying;

7. Persons who are prohibited by law from being employed as civil servants.

In addition, applicants are not allowed to apply for the positions listed in Article 68 of the Civil Service Law as civil servants of the recruitment agency.

Article 68 of the Civil Service Law stipulates: "Husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, civil servants with collateral blood relatives within three generations, and close in-laws are not allowed to hold positions in the same institution where both parties are directly subordinate to the same leader or have direct superior-subordinate leadership relations, nor are they allowed to engage in organization, personnel, discipline inspection, supervision, auditing and financial work in institutions where one of them holds leadership positions." The civil servant recruitment examination is a post competition examination. Through the selection of written examination, interview, physical examination, inspection and other links, the position to be applied for is determined. Applicants and civil servants of the recruitment agency have the situations listed in Article 68 of the Civil Service Law. Once they apply for the position and are hired, they will form a avoidance relationship.

5. Can graduates from other forms of national education other than ordinary higher education apply for the exam?

6. What is "grassroots work experience"?

If the recruitment position clearly requires grassroots work experience, the applicants must have corresponding grass-roots and production front-line work experience. Grass-roots and production frontline work experience refers to the work experience of party and government organs, state-owned enterprises and institutions, village (community) organizations, other economic organizations and social organizations below the county level. Unemployed college graduates who leave school go to the internship base of college graduates (the base is grass-roots units) to participate in internships or participate in project research in enterprises and institutions, which can be regarded as grassroots work experience. Working experience in an army regiment or equivalent units below the regiment can be regarded as grassroots work experience. The experience of those who apply for Central directly under the authority can also be regarded as grassroots work experience.

The social practice experience of recent graduates in school can't be regarded as grassroots work experience.

The announcement of 20 12 specifies that the deadline for grassroots work experience is 2011015. Applicants who meet the requirements of the grassroots work experience years of the reported position before this date can apply for the exam, otherwise they cannot apply for the exam.

Seven, fresh graduates with grassroots work experience, in what capacity to apply?

Fresh graduates with grassroots work experience can apply for the status of fresh graduates. Those who meet the basic work experience specified in the position can also apply for the position that requires grassroots work experience.

8. What is the registration age?

The recruitment age of newly graduated master's degree students, doctoral students (non-in-service) and a few special professional positions can be relaxed to below 40 years old (that is, born after 1970+00+ 15).

To participate in the above four projects, you need to provide corresponding certification materials.
