1From October 26th to 29th, the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee was held in Beijing. In the process of this plenary session, the formulation of the two-child policy was fully liberalized, which not only grasped the future development trend of China's economy and society from a macro perspective, but also paid attention to the problem of aging and family pension in China from a realistic perspective. After the implementation of the comprehensive two-child policy, the number of preschool children in China will increase compared with that before 20 15. Therefore, in the next five to ten years, paying attention to the growth of preschool children will become an inevitable trend of social development, and for school-age children entering the park, their growth will become a necessary process to leave their parents. At this time, it is very important for students majoring in preschool education to understand the basic professional ethics of preschool teachers from the heart and turn them into small actions.
First, the meaning and content of professional ethics
Professional ethics refers to the ethical norms and professional behaviors that employees should abide by in certain jobs. The contents of professional ethics mainly include dedication, honesty and trustworthiness, fairness and justice, serving the masses and contributing to society.
(a) love their jobs, love their jobs.
To love and respect one's job means to love one's job and respect one's career. Love and dedication is the most basic accomplishment in professional ethics, but when kindergarten teachers turn love and dedication into selfless dedication, this professional ethics means greatness in the ordinary. 20 12 Zhang Lili, a substitute teacher in Jiamusi No.19 Middle School, is the best example of dedication. Zhang Lili was just an ordinary substitute teacher at that time, but she loved her students and her teacher's work and sincerely respected it. When she escorted the children across the street, two buses ran over them one after another. At this time, she left the hope of life to her children and the disaster to herself. Although Miss Zhang Lili lost her legs, she gave the children the most beautiful wings. Although she didn't give us lessons, she explained the dedication value of love and dedication with her own practical actions and life.
(2) Honesty and trustworthiness
Honesty and trustworthiness means that employees are loyal to their own ideas, keep their promises, and stress credibility in their posts. For preschool children, kindergarten teachers will be new enlightenment teachers after their parents, and their words and deeds will directly affect the physical, mental and behavioral development of preschool children. At this time, kindergarten teachers must match words with deeds and lead the physical and mental development of preschool children with their good integrity personality.
(3) Act fairly
To be fair, everyone should follow a standard in your work. Preschool children will be as eager to be recognized as adults, and even have a stronger desire to be recognized. Therefore, kindergarten teachers should treat every child fairly and objectively, without favoritism.
(4) Serving the masses
Serving the masses means serving the people wholeheartedly in their own jobs. Serving the masses is conducive to the realization of personal values and the harmony of interpersonal relationships. The target of preschool teachers' service is quite special. They serve preschool children whose physical and mental behaviors are not yet mature. Without the obedient greenhouse environment of parents, it is difficult to form good physical and mental behavior in a short time after entering kindergarten. This requires preschool teachers to strengthen their awareness of serving children's physical and mental development, and lay a foundation for promoting children's physical and mental development and harmonious interpersonal relationships in kindergartens.
(5) Dedication to society
Dedication to society means that employees devote all their personal lives to society and work. Since dedication means no return, no return, even if you give your life, you will never hesitate. In this violent and complicated society, we are particularly willing to entrust our young children to teachers like Zhang Lili, because they always put their children's interests first, work hard and even sacrifice their lives.
Two, ways and means to cultivate professional ethics of preschool education students
(A) good daily habits are an important carrier of the formation of professional ethics.
The formation of good professional ethics is a conscious and conscious behavior. The "Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers" stipulates that kindergarten teachers should dress neatly and appropriately, use standardized and healthy language, and behave politely. For example, a kindergarten teacher is going to a student's house, but she comes to the student's house in a navel dress and plywood slippers. After the kindergarten teacher's home visit, parents want their children to transfer to other schools anyway. The kindergarten director was puzzled, thinking that other children couldn't get in if they wanted to, so why should they transfer? The person in charge of the kindergarten didn't know until she knew the truth. It was the details of the kindergarten teacher's life, such as her dress, that brought problems. Therefore, good living habits are very important to cultivate professional ethics.
(B) Professional quality training in professional learning is the basis for the formation of professional ethics.
Students majoring in preschool education should strengthen professional norms and attach importance to skill training in their professional study. Every industry has industry norms, and the position of kindergarten teacher is no exception. As a kindergarten teacher, the most basic professional norm is to love students and dedicate their love, patience and sincerity. The purpose of professional learning is to cultivate the basic literacy of preschool students in dealing with preschool children, and pave the way for further understanding of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics and strengthening this awareness. At the same time, students should constantly strengthen personal professional ethics skills training while strengthening their professional ethics awareness. For example, by obtaining a "nurse" certificate, we can cultivate jobs that can take care of, nurse and educate preschool children.
(C) Social life practice is an important foothold for the formation of professional ethics
Every industry has its own professional feelings. When college students have not officially entered a certain post, it is difficult for professional feelings to take root in their hearts. Therefore, it is very necessary for college students to carry out corresponding social life practice before they go to work. Only in this way can we truly achieve the unity of knowledge and action. For example, regularly arranging pre-school education students to perform condolence performances in orphanages can not only convey students' love, but also make children in orphanages feel love. Students majoring in preschool education can improve their professional feelings and sense of responsibility in real time in the process of loving and being loved. In a word, professional identity is a barometer of professional emotion, and a high degree of professional identity will inevitably produce good professional emotion. For the society and the country, the promotion of each kindergarten teacher's professional master role will greatly improve the degree of social harmony.
