Wu Yueshi, male, with a university degree, studied in Peking University EMBA, 198 1 to 1985 worked in Shaoyang Labor Bureau, 1985 to 1989 studied and taught at the Party School of Hunan Provincial Party Committee. 1996 started a business in the sea and served as the chairman of Changsha Xindaxin Real Estate Co., Ltd. (now Changsha Xindaxin Group Co., Ltd.). He is also the vice president of Hunan Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce). In 2005, he was selected into Forbes Chinese mainland Rich List.
