After listening to the teacher's theory in the first class, I suddenly like this sport. I prefer sports. My favorite sports are playing basketball and running. Under the guidance of the teacher, I learned that orienteering is the most important of three things: a finger card, a compass and a map. With these three things, you can complete an orientation. I never miss every class, every practice. I will try my best to finish every individual competition.
Although there is only one class per week in this semester, I still feel that my physical fitness has improved. Because I feel very tired when I run twice when I play basketball, and shooting in this tired state can't guarantee the hit rate at all, so I will often run and practice my endurance.
Speaking of long-distance running, I was very afraid of long-distance running in junior high school. Running 800 meters was very laborious, very hard, and finally I reached the finish line. But in senior high school, especially senior three, because there is not much time to do other sports, they usually go running on the playground after school in the afternoon. Slowly, I think long-distance running is a pleasure. In the process of running, you can think a lot of things, or you can put everything aside and run with your heart. The most important thing in long-distance running is persistence, and persistence in the end is victory.
This orienteering test, whether it's an individual race or a 3000-meter cross-country race, I'll go all out to do it. And both of them won the first prize. In the 3000-meter cross-country race, my friends and I have been running together, because we usually run the inner race together, and everyone encourages each other. Because of the strong heart, no one wants to be surpassed by the other side, so they always run side by side. Until the end, he was really dying, and he followed me closely with my encouragement. On the last leg, I ran alone. That's because I really want to slow down and walk back. The teacher said I could do what I could. But there are many positive thoughts in my mind. It seems that everyone I know is encouraging me to continue running the remaining hundreds of meters, so I must not give up.
Long-distance running is like a person's life. It feels good at first, but in the middle, don't think about how many roads you have left to run. Think about how much you have run, which will encourage you to keep running. The last few hundred meters, we must insist, because it has been so long before, so there are only a few hundred meters left, and the bullet will reach the finish line.
Although orienteering is not my first choice for choosing courses, running is also my strength after all. This sport is not just running, but running with your wisdom while thinking. Running doesn't need any specific venue, as long as you have time, you can run around. Keep exercising for an hour every day, and you will live a happy life.
