5. Types of goods purchased online: 4% people buy 3c products, 74% people buy clothes, 7% people buy daily necessities, 43% people buy cosmetics and 43% people buy fashion products.
6. Online shopping infringes on consumers' rights and interests: 13% think that online orders are cancelled unilaterally; Payment has been made online, but 48% of the goods have not been received; 57% of the goods received have quality problems; 52% of the goods actually received are far from the online description; 30% think that there is no warranty and replacement service for the purchased goods.
Second, data analysis.
As can be seen from the above data, the main groups of online shopping are between 26 and 45 years old, among which women are more. In terms of shopping price, most people choose goods below 300 yuan, among which goods below 100 yuan account for a large proportion, which shows that although online shopping is very common, people still choose to buy some relatively expensive goods offline, mainly because of poor quality control of online goods and many problems in after-sales rights protection.
