Vladimir zhirinovsky 1946 was born in Almaty on April 25th. 1964- 1970 studied Turkish and literature at the School of Oriental Languages of the National University of Rosoff (later renamed the School of Asian and African Countries). 1965 ——1967, studying in the Department of International Relations of Marxist-Leninist University. 1972 ——1977, graduated from the Law Department of Rosoff University in Lomond. Proficient in English, German, French and Turkish. 1970- 1972, working in the Political Administration Bureau of the General Staff of the Transcaucasian Military Region in Tbilisi. 1973-1975, once worked in the Soviet peacekeeping commission of the western European affairs office. 1975 ——1983, engaged in legal work in the legal department. 1983 ——1990, director of the legal department of world publishing house. 1990 engaged in the party and government work of the Russian Liberal Democratic Party. He participated in three Russian presidential elections, namely 199 1, 1996 and 2000, and won 7.8 1%, 5.7% and 2.7% of the votes respectively, but was not elected. From 1993 to 1999, he was twice elected as a representative of the State Duma and served as the leader of the Russian Liberal Democratic Party.
