Liaoning University is a provincial comprehensive university with disciplines such as literature, history, philosophy, economics, law, science, engineering, management, medicine and art. The school has three campuses, namely Chongshan Campus in Shenyang, Puhe Campus in Shenyang and Vu Thang Campus in Liaoyang. The school covers an area of 2 190 mu, with a school building area of 654,000 square meters. It is a national "2 1 1 project" key construction institution and a world-class discipline construction institution.
Liaoning University was established in Shenyang in June 1948 1 1. It is the first specialized business school founded by China Production Party. 65438-0953 Dongbei Business School merged into Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. In AD 1958, some departments of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics and shenyang normal College merged with Shenyang Russian College to form Liaoning University, and Comrade Zhu De personally wrote the name of the school.
