The enrollment of this school in Jilin belongs to the second batch of undergraduate courses, which can be regarded as two institutions. Beihua University, referred to as Beihua for short, is located in Jilin City, Jilin Province. It is a full-time general institution of higher learning established by the people's government of Jilin Province, a provincial comprehensive key university, and a university established by the people's government of Jilin Province and the State Forestry and Grassland Bureau. As of September 2023, the school has three campuses in the east, south and north and an affiliated hospital, covering an area of 2.684 million square meters (including the teaching and experimental base), with a building area of 528,200 square meters, teaching and research instruments and equipment with a total value of 620 million yuan and a collection of 4.024 million books.
