The subsidy targets include seven types of graduates with difficulties, such as zero-employment families in Guizhou cities and towns, families enjoying the minimum living guarantee, poverty-stricken families, families supported by destitute people, applying for and obtaining national student loans during school, parents (unilaterally) holding disability certificates and completely or partially losing their ability to work, or themselves holding disability certificates and orphans.

2. Social insurance subsidies for flexible employment of college graduates.

Colleges and universities that have not been employed within 2 years of leaving school.

Those who pay social insurance premiums after flexible employment can enjoy social insurance subsidies according to the standard of not more than 2/3 of the actual social insurance premiums paid, and the subsidy time limit is not more than 2 years.

3. Self-employment subsidy.

College graduates who set up small and micro enterprises or engage in individual business for the first time, and the established enterprises or individual industrial and commercial households have been operating normally for more than 1 year since the date of industrial and commercial registration, can be given a one-time business start-up subsidy of 5,000 yuan.

4. Rent subsidies for entrepreneurial sites. College graduates rent business premises that meet the requirements of planning, safety and environmental protection, and do not enjoy the reduction or exemption of venue rental fees.

Give 500 yuan a monthly rent subsidy. If the actual monthly rent is lower than that in 500 yuan, the subsidy shall be granted according to the facts, and the longest subsidy shall not exceed 3 years.

5. Commercial guaranteed loans. Within the legal working age, college graduates who have certain entrepreneurial ability and desire and meet the relevant loan conditions can enjoy a business guarantee loan of up to 200,000 yuan, and the government will give them a certain discount, and the loan period will not exceed 3 years.
