Master of Laws (Illegal Studies) cannot be transferred to other majors. Master of law (illegal study) can only be transferred to master of law (illegal study) of other enrollment units.

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, if candidates meet the re-examination conditions and cannot take the re-examination in the first voluntary college, the candidates' files should be sent to the second voluntary college or adjusted in provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. In postgraduate enrollment, due to the limitation of enrollment plan, some candidates cannot be arranged for a second interview or cannot be admitted after the second interview. For these candidates, the admissions unit will be responsible for transferring all their materials to the second volunteer unit in time, which is called graduate adjustment.
