As a teacher on duty, many of my practices come from the teaching of many old teachers. If there is anything I can learn, it is my attitude towards duty work.
Sense of responsibility. As a teacher, the sense of responsibility is self-evident, especially the duty teacher, who is responsible for not the order of a class, but a school year, even a teaching building, which requires the duty teacher to be serious and organize the duty students to undertake the maintenance and supervision of the teaching routine this week. As a subject teacher, the class time is often full, and I am eager to have a rest in the office every time after class. However, recess is also a time when students are prone to problems. Whenever this happens, the sense of responsibility takes over the fatigue of the body. Although a little tired, I feel very satisfied when I see the orderly building.
Second, peace of mind. In the face of meticulous and tedious work, I sometimes feel at a loss. While completing the teaching task, we should also check indoor and outdoor hygiene, eye exercises, personal hygiene, wearing red scarf, door lattice, tablecloth, preparation before class and many other items. Therefore, when doing the work, you must have a peaceful attitude in order to complete it smoothly. In addition, we also need to have a peaceful attitude towards some class teachers. It is the glorious duty of the teacher on duty to consider the problem from the other side's point of view and solve the problem with the class teacher.
The above is what I learned from my weekly work on weekdays. In the future, I will, as always, perform the duties of teachers on duty fairly, justly and openly, do a good job of teachers on duty, and contribute to the moral education in the school.
