The college has a high-level teaching staff, and a group of experts and scholars with outstanding achievements and high reputation in academic circles have appeared in different fields. There are 67 employees in vocational education, including 56 professional teachers. Teachers with doctoral degrees account for 52% of all professional teachers, and 9 1% have graduate degrees. Teachers with senior titles account for 82%. 75 teachers have obtained academic qualifications or degrees from other schools, and the academic structure of teachers is diversified. More than 40 monographs published by the College have won awards, and a large number of papers have been published in academic journals such as China Social Sciences and Historical Studies. He has undertaken major research projects in humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education, a number of national social science fund projects and provincial and ministerial research projects, and has successively won many academic awards such as China University Humanities and Social Sciences Award, National "Five Ones" Project Award, China Book Award, Wu Award and Shaanxi Philosophy and Social Sciences Award. There are two courses listed as excellent courses in Shaanxi Province. History ranks among the best in the evaluation of various disciplines in colleges and universities across the country.
