2. Introduction of Hunan Software Vocational and Technical College

Hunan Software Vocational and Technical University, located in Hunan Province and Xiangtan City, is a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning approved by the Hunan Provincial People's Government, put on record by the Ministry of Education, and incorporated into the national unified enrollment plan.

College was established in 2001; Hunan Software Vocational College was approved by the provincial people's government and established by the Ministry of Education in 2005.
