In terms of teaching, teachers in the whole hospital offer more than 50 courses, such as criminal law, criminology, investigation, public security management, frontier management and so on. There are teaching websites-National Excellent Course Network of Criminal Law and academic website-China Criminal Law Network. In terms of scientific research, teachers in the whole hospital have undertaken or completed more than 60 major bidding projects for provincial and ministerial scientific research projects such as the Humanities and Social Sciences Base of the Ministry of Education, the National Social Science Fund Project and the Ministry of Education, published more than 70 academic works and teaching materials, published more than 500 papers in various academic journals at home and abroad, completed more than 2,000 judicial expertise cases and obtained 2 patents. Scientific research achievements were awarded the third prize of Excellent Legal Achievement Award of the Ministry of Justice and the third prize of Qian Duan Biological Legal Achievement Award respectively. Relying on the law discipline of our school and the National Legal Experiment Center, the College of Criminal Justice has a variety of legal experiment facilities such as mock trial, which provides sufficient facilities for students to carry out legal experiment education and cultivate legal thinking and practical operation ability.

The college library is rich in books and materials, and its collection features are mainly law, investigation, public security and frontier management, supplemented by marginal disciplines, emphasizing academics and theory, and striving for the systematization and integrity of books and periodicals.
