1. Job-seeking and entrepreneurship subsidy is a one-time job-seeking and entrepreneurship subsidy given by the autonomous region to families enjoying the minimum living guarantee for urban and rural residents, poor families with disabilities, disabled college graduates, poor families with established files and national student loans.
2. The service target is the college graduates who apply for the preliminary examination of the annual job-seeking and entrepreneurship subsidy submitted by Hohhot Vocational College.
Application materials:
(1) Two application forms for job-seeking subsidies for college graduates in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region;
(2) a copy of the minimum living guarantee certificate for urban and rural residents in the family where the college graduates live or a copy of my disability certificate;
(3) A copy of my ID card.

Article 18 The local government may implement project management of the subsidy funds for the training of high-skilled talents in the public employment service capacity building, and the local human resources and social departments shall prepare medium-and long-term plans for the training of high-skilled talents and determine the key areas of high-skilled talents supported by the local area.
Every year, the provincial human resources and social security departments need to organize experts with the financial department to review the proposed high-skilled personnel training project. The provincial finance department and the human resources and social security department shall give a fixed subsidy according to the evaluation results, and the evaluation results shall be reported to Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance for the record.
Article 23 When applying for subsidies for vocational skill appraisal, five categories of personnel shall provide the following materials to local social departments: a copy of employment and entrepreneurship certificate, a copy of vocational qualification certificate, and an administrative fee bill (or tax invoice) issued by a vocational skill appraisal institution. After being audited by the human and social departments, the subsidy funds shall be paid to the applicant's personal bank account as required.
