Including ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities who have completed their basic years of study, passed the examination and met the graduation conditions, and were awarded a bachelor's degree. For example, in this year's enrollment in Hebei Province, a university adjusted the second batch of B- paragraphs to B-,among which the second batch of undergraduate institutions included some institutions whose charging standards were lower than the free two books, even some institutions that had just been upgraded from junior college to undergraduate, and some independent colleges.

Free three copies:

It refers to private colleges and universities with market-regulated prices and government-guided prices, and their academic certificates are "senior technicians" and "intermediate vocational qualifications". There are also fewer colleges and universities that adopt this admission method, accounting for only about 2% of the total number of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities in China.
