Xi An Tie No.1 Middle School was established in 1929, and was officially managed by Xi An beilin district in 2006. 1993 became the key middle school in Shaanxi province, and was promoted to the first batch of demonstration middle schools in Shaanxi province in 2009. By the end of 20 14, the undergraduate admission rate of college entrance examination graduates for ten consecutive years was 100%, and the admission rate of the first degree remained above 95%. Tsinghua and Peking University ranked the top three in Shaanxi Province for ten consecutive years.

As of 20 14, the school covers an area of nearly 60,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 30,000 square meters. There are 258 faculty members and more than 5,000 students.
