Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology is two universities. Therefore, Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology is the second institution in these fields. Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology, located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government and the National Emergency Management Department. It has been selected as a new engineering research and practice project implementation university of the Ministry of Education and a characteristic discipline construction university of Heilongjiang Province. Founded in 1947, the school was formerly the first mining institute in China-Northeast Workers' School founded by the Chinese Production Party.
