The first phase of the Science Park of Southwest University of Political Science and Law (hereinafter referred to as "Science Park of Rule of Law") jointly built by Yubei District People's Government and Southwest University of Political Science and Law officially started construction in September 20021year, and it is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of June 2022. As of mid-July, the campus has not been completed and officially opened.

The rule of law science and technology park project is located in Baoshenghu Campus of Southwest University of Political Science and Law, covering an area of about 240 mu, with a total investment of about 654.38 billion yuan, according to the spatial layout of "one heart, two wings and one park". "One Heart" refers to the training center for talents ruled by law, "Two Wings" refers to scientific and technological innovation and legal services, and "One Park" refers to the cultural park ruled by law.
