How many college students like online shopping like me? So I chose this theme.
I. Purpose of the investigation
College students are newcomers and are curious about new things. In order to reveal the true face of online shopping and let more people know about online shopping, this survey was conducted among college students.

1. Respondent: School of Economics and Business, Qingdao University of Technology (this school was chosen for the survey due to its difficulty).

3. Survey method: All students (limited to Grade Three) in the Economic and Trade College are stratified and divided into three layers: freshman, sophomore and junior. 2. Nearly 50% of the students who have never bought online think that online shopping is unsafe, while 97% of the students who have bought online think that online shopping is trustworthy. In addition, 92% people in the former will try to shop online.
3. Among the online shoppers, 62% choose online shopping because of saving money, and some students choose online shopping out of curiosity and looking for novel goods. Among many shopping websites, how should consumers choose? 48.57% of online shoppers will take whether the goods on the website are complete or not as the main criterion for choosing a shopping website. Among them, Taobao ranks among the best, with 87.3% students choosing to shop in Taobao.
4. What do people buy online? After investigation, digital products ranked first, accounting for 37.7% of the total consumption, followed by clothing 27.87%. Buying books online is also a good choice, accounting for 19.67% of the total. In contrast, due to the particularity of food (preservation and other issues), almost no one buys food online.
5. In this survey, the online shopping consumption level of students was also investigated. 42% students shop online once every quarter, and 25.8% students shop online once a month and 27.5% students shop online once a year. There are also 4.7% online shoppers once a week on average. The number of people whose average transaction amount is below 100 and between100 and 500 accounts for 42.8% of the total number of people, and the distribution of other amounts is less.
6. In the process of online shopping, it is inevitable to encounter some difficulties. The main difficulty is unclear description of goods, reaching 45%, followed by too many goods, too many websites and too chaotic online market (2 1%). The online shopping market needs further improvement.
