Students from universities and research institutes all over the country (including undergraduates, junior college students, master students and doctoral students) must participate in the competition in the form of teams, with 2-4 people in each team, and teams can be formed across divisions and schools.

Using the micro-nano devices provided by the competition (optional), the innovative application system that can be demonstrated and operated is made into an effective entry, and the entry must be original for students, and any form of tutor project is rejected.
