Victoria University is a multi-disciplinary comprehensive university, with many colleges and specialties such as School of Economics, School of Education, School of Engineering, School of Law, School of Human and Social Development, School of Humanities, School of Social Sciences and School of Natural Sciences. Victoria University is the second largest university in British Columbia to receive off-campus research grants and contract funds. She has established contact with 1 18 institutions in 27 countries, including 9 Asian countries. Victoria University is one of the three largest universities in Canada with cooperative education programs. Students in the program can study for a degree and gain relevant work experience, laying a good foundation for finding an ideal job corresponding to their major after graduation. In the academic year from 1998 to 1999, a total of 2,774 students in this school completed this project, of which 226 students completed their work semester in other overseas countries. Victoria University is the only university in Canada that offers "cooperative education" in law, health information science, coaching research and professional writing. It is worth mentioning that the biggest focus of "business cooperation" is in the Asia-Pacific region.
