Our community was built in 1989, with an area of 0.3 square kilometers, 800 households and a total population of 2 166. Located at No.40 East of Zhongguancun South Street, it is adjacent to the Olympic Hotel in the south, Kowloon Commercial and Stomatological Hospital and China Meteorological Bureau in the north, and far from the National Library.

Zhongguancun is the national high-tech industrial development zone in China and the core park of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei high-tech industrial belt. There are beijing language and culture university, Beihang University and Beijing Forestry University. I personally recommend Beihang University.

Beihang University was founded in 1952. It was formed by the merger of Tsinghua University, Beiyang University, Xiamen University and Sichuan University. It is the first aerospace institution of higher learning in New China, and now it belongs to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
