Yang, male, was born in Xining City, Qinghai Province, 1963. My ancestral home is Daxian County, Sichuan Province. He is currently the vice president of Shanghai Conservatory of Music, and once served as the deputy director and director of the Music Department. China is a famous musician and critic. He is also the President of the National Western Music Society, the Vice President of the National Music Criticism Society, the Executive Director of the National Music Aesthetics Society, the Deputy Director of the Theoretical Committee of the Chinese Music Association, the Deputy Editor of People's Music, the Standing Committee of the Shanghai CPPCC, the Vice President of the Shanghai Musicians Association and the Vice President of the Shanghai Aesthetics Society.

1977 enlisted as a member of the army propaganda team; 1979 After demobilization, he worked as a radio music editor; In the same year, he entered the university and 1983 graduated from Shanghai Normal University, majoring in music. He studied in Britain (1987- 1988) and conducted academic research and investigation in the United States (1993- 1994, 1999) and Germany (2002). Published and translated 2 million words, and published and proofread about 3 million words. Editor-in-chief works and revisions to important western academic works are varied.
