Brief introduction of Kashgar University:
Kashi University, located in Kashgar City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is an engineering university for the basic capacity building of universities in the central and western regions, and one of the 100 pilot universities in China.
The school was founded in 1962, formerly known as Kashgar Teachers College. 1978 School was upgraded to an undergraduate college and renamed Kashgar Teachers College. In 2003, he obtained the qualification of the authorized unit of master's degree and began to undertake the task of cultivating master's students. In 2007, he achieved excellent results in the evaluation of undergraduate teaching level of the Ministry of Education. 20 12 is listed as the basic capacity building project of universities in the central and western regions. On April 20 15, it was renamed Kashgar University.
As of April 2023, the school has three campuses, Gao Tai, Xinquan and Dongcheng (under construction), covering an area of 3,350 mu, including 450 mu in Gao Tai Campus, 2,000 mu in Xinquan Campus and 900 mu in Dongcheng Campus, with a collection of 1.438 million copies and various electronic books 1.65438 million copies.
