Fifth, those who apply for civil servants of party and government organs after serving in the village for two years will enjoy preferential policies such as relaxing registration conditions and increasing scores, and will be given priority in admission under the same conditions. Civil servants in county and township organs should focus on recruiting college graduates who are hired to serve in the village.
Sixth, if the employment performance is good and the exam is qualified, the graduate students who apply for the exam will enjoy preferential policies such as extra points, and priority will be given to admission under the same conditions.
Seventh, after being formally employed by the party and government organs or enterprises and institutions, the working time in the village can be used to calculate the length of service and the payment period of social insurance.
Eighth, those who work in western rural areas and difficult areas can stay in their current domicile. In addition, the central government will also pay a one-time resettlement fee of 2,000 yuan per capita to college graduates who are transferred to work in the village.
The subsidy funds for sending college graduates to work in villages shall be borne by the central and local governments. The central government grants subsidies according to the standards of 0.5 million yuan per capita,/kloc-0.5 million yuan and/kloc-0.5 million yuan per capita in the eastern, central and western regions, and the insufficient part is borne by local finance.
