1958. The Militia Company of Physical Education College of Zhengzhou University was founded in 1958, formerly known as Henan Institute of Physical Education. Physical Education College of Zhengzhou University is the only higher physical education college in Henan Province, with undergraduate education level and deputy departmental level specifications. The provincial sports bureau is in charge, and the business work is led by the provincial education department. It is one of the 15 undergraduate sports colleges recognized by the State Sports General Administration.
