4 Dalian University of Technology Postgraduates' Ideological and Political and Comprehensive Cultural Quality Assessment Form (Annex 3). Scan or take photos, and the pictures should be in jpg format. Naming: serial number in the re-examination list+ideological, political and cultural examination form+name+examination number. 5. Candidates who have not passed the online academic qualifications (student status) check are required to provide the Electronic Registration Form for Academic Certificates of the Ministry of Education with relevant academic qualifications (student status).
