First of all, I want to thank the company. It is often said that a seed can only be full of vitality if it is deeply rooted in fertile soil. As a young teacher, I can come to this fertile land of Jiahui, and only with the trust and help of company leaders can young people grow up. The company's advanced educational concept has guided the development of our young teachers. There are chief teachers, academic leaders and backbone teachers in discipline teaching, and more teachers' role models and model class teachers in teacher's ethics education.

Every progress of our young teachers is inseparable from the foresight of the company leaders. The company brings us advanced teaching mode, cultivates students' autonomous learning ability through study plan, and the leaders personally come into our classroom to give us the most pertinent and direct guidance. When I first started working, I often made myself thirsty after a class. After learning the basic requirements of classroom teaching issued by the company, there is a saying that "guiding students to explore teaching independently generally does not exceed 20 minutes", which gives me a new understanding of classroom teaching: give the classroom to students. In the process of students' lectures, I have to repeat them in many places from the beginning, and now I sit in the students' seats and admire them with approval, enjoying the happiness brought by relaxed teaching, and often come down after one class. The company tries its best to collect pearls with bright educational prospects for us. I also want to thank all the teachers in the physics group, who accompany me day and night. After all, a person's wisdom is limited. There is a good saying: you have an idea and I have an idea.
