Li Shutong (1880101October 23rd-194210/0/0/3), also known as Li Xishuang, Ang Lee, Li Liang, and Ben.
Li Shutong is a famous musician, art educator, calligrapher and drama activist. He is one of the pioneers of China's plays. After he returned from studying in Japan, he worked as a teacher and editor. Later, he was shaved as a monk, and his dharma name was Hongyi. Later, he was honored as Master Hongyi.
19 13 was employed as a music and painting teacher in Zhejiang two-level normal school (later changed to Zhejiang No.1 Normal School). From 19 15, he also worked as a music and painting teacher in Nanjing Normal School, and composed the first school song in the history of Nanjing University 1942 10.
Main work
Li Shutong's poems also occupy a place in the history of modern literature in China. When he was young, he attracted the attention of the literary world with his talent. When he lived in Shanghai, he recorded his previous poems as the first collection of poems, The Bell, which was circulated among the members of Chengnan Literature Society, and later collected the Collection of Poems by Lu Li and The Bell. On the eve of becoming a monk, he compiled more than 20 poems from 26 to 33 years of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (1900- 1907) into a book.
