Jiading Tianhua College does not use water cards. According to official website of Tianhua College of Shanghai Normal University, the water fee used by Jiading Tianhua College in the dormitory is charged by the school, and students do not need to use water cards. The school will charge students according to the actual water consumption each semester. Tianhua College of Shanghai Normal University was established in April 2005 with the approval of the Ministry of Education. Is a full-time private undergraduate college, located in Jiading District, Shanghai, at the junction of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. It is jointly organized by Shanghai Normal University and Shanghai Tianhua Education and Culture Investment Co., Ltd., with education, engineering and health as the main body, arts and sciences as the two wings, and multi-disciplinary coordinated development.
