The school is divided into two campuses, covering an area of 74 mu and a building area of 48,000 square meters. Shui Ying Road Campus mainly provides various academic education, teaching and management services, and provides learning experience places for citizens' lifelong learning. The main function of Haiheyuan Campus is to develop and produce digital learning resources and provide distance education support services and examination services for learners.
The school has a relatively complete distance education network, a public service platform for lifelong learning and a resource library for lifelong education.
