According to the inquiry of official website, Tsinghua University, the main entrance of Tsinghua University is the school gate located on the east side of the campus, also known as "Spring Garden Gate", which is located at the main entrance road of Tsinghua University, Haidian District, Beijing. The gate was built in 1935, designed by Yu, a famous architect of Tsinghua alumni, with Chinese architectural style as the main style. There are two octagonal towers on both sides of the entrance, and the top of the gatehouse is engraved with the four characters "Tsinghua University". In front of the gate is Tsinghua University's unique "Spring Garden".
