Guangzhou Jiaotong University is a new university established in Guangzhou with Guangzhou Institute of Navigation as the main body.

Guangzhou Jiaotong University is located in Huangpu District, Guangzhou, and will be expanded in the current campus of Guangzhou Maritime College. It is planned to start enrolling students in 2020.

Guangzhou Jiaotong University (to be established) is located in Shuangsha Community, Hongshan Street, Huangpu District. The total construction area of the project is 560,000 ㎡, including 460,000 ㎡ planned by Guangzhou Jiaotong University (to be built) and 97,000 ㎡ planned by supporting middle schools, primary schools and kindergartens.
