The education administrative department of Jinan University is the Shandong Provincial Department of Education, which is also under the management of the Shandong Provincial Department of Education.

Jinan University, located in Jinan City, Shandong Province, is a comprehensive university jointly established by the Shandong Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Education.
