Brief introduction of Hebei University of Technology

The predecessor of Hebei University of Technology is Beiyang Technical School, which was founded in 1903. It is one of the earliest institutions of higher learning in China to train industrial talents, and founded the earliest university-run factory in China. School 1996 ranks among the first batch of "2 1 1 Project" key construction universities in China; 20 14 was undertaken by Hebei Province, Tianjin City and Ministry of Education; 20 17 was selected as a "double first-class" construction university in China.
