Early experience:
Wang Kai was determined to become an actor in junior high school, but after graduating from high school, he chose to give up his studies and work in Xinhua Bookstore instead of his father. One day, he had a chance to shoot an advertisement in Beijing. At that time, the advertising director saw that Wang Kai had a good image, so he asked him whether he was in Chinese opera or Nortel. After learning that he was not, he suggested that Wang Kai take an exam.
The director's words inspired Wang Kai's confidence. He quit his job in the bookstore and went to Beijing alone without telling his parents. Later, at the suggestion of my family, I went to Shanghai and studied in the advanced class of Shanghai Theatre Academy for one year. In 2003, Wang Kai was admitted to both the Central Academy of Drama and the Performance Department of the Beijing Film Academy, and finally chose the first choice Central Academy of Drama, officially starting his drama learning career.
