Preferential policies for college students to buy houses
Different regions have different preferential policies.

Take Kunshan as an example, there is no limit to the discount for college students to buy a house.

In particular, those who work in enterprises in Kunshan City, are on-the-job at the time of applying for house purchase, and have a bachelor's degree or above, or a junior college degree (my major matches the post, and my major conforms to the Catalogue of Talent Demand for Key Industries in Kunshan City issued by the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security that year).

Because families of non-local registered residents in Kunshan need to provide tax payment or social security certificates accumulated for one year in Suzhou City (including Wujiang District), Kunshan City and Taicang City within two years when purchasing the first suite; Non-registered families in this city are prohibited from buying two suites. This means that talents with bachelor degree or above enjoy the policy of equal treatment for local household registration in Kunshan.

For college students, when the major matches the post and meets the demand for talents released in the same year, there is no restriction on buying a house in Kunshan.

Other fields

Not only Kunshan, but also many hot cities in China have offered olive branches to high-level talents. Up to now, major hot cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Zhengzhou and Changsha have implemented "preferential" housing purchase policies for highly educated talents.

For example, the central city of Wuhan is the strongest, and its specific "preferential group" is college graduates. Wuhan put forward "strive to keep 6.5438 million college students in Wuhan within five years", and introduced specific preferential policies in three aspects: housing, wage income and settlement conditions.
