Radio and TV University is the Central Radio and TV University and local radio and TV universities at all levels, referred to as "TV University". The Central Radio and TV University is an institution of higher learning directly under the Ministry of Education. It adopts modern media technologies such as computer network and satellite TV, and uses various teaching media such as printed teaching materials, audio-visual teaching materials, multimedia courseware and online courses to carry out distance education for the whole country. The state recognizes academic qualifications. The students of Radio and TV University have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan of each major of the school, and their grades are qualified. The school will issue the higher education graduation certificate printed by the Ministry of Education, and conduct online electronic registration. This certificate, together with full-time undergraduate and junior college diplomas, is a valid certificate of national education series. Undergraduate graduates will also be awarded bachelor's degrees according to the detailed rules for the implementation of degree work.
