In their close contacts, their respective ideological characteristics, personality hobbies and moral cultivation are fully exposed, which also enables others to gain in-depth understanding and often influence each other unconsciously. Dormitory is the most active and relaxed place for college students to exchange ideas, and B is the most unconstrained channel for information exchange. The performance of college students in the dormitory can be said to be a barometer of their thoughts, behaviors and emotions. In recent years, due to the disharmony of internal relations in dormitories, many university tragedies have caused people to pay more and more attention to interpersonal relations in dormitories. So, what is the relationship between college students' dormitories at present? What other factors affect the interpersonal relationship in the dormitory? What is the impact? In order to answer this series of questions, the investigation team of Business Administration 03- 1 class of School of Economics and Management of Zhengzhou University of Light Industry conducted this survey.

Second, methods and steps

(1) methods and means of investigation

Our group conducted a survey of college students in Zhengzhou, and selected four universities in Zhengzhou, namely Zhengzhou University (key university), Zhengzhou Institute of Light Industry (Polytechnic University), Henan University of Finance and Economics (University of Literature and History) and Henan Agricultural University (Agricultural Medical University) as our sampling range. All samples were taken from these four universities, and the survey method was self-filled, and the investigators were members of our team. Each of us distributes questionnaires in these four universities according to the work arrangement and collects them on the spot, which can ensure the recovery rate and quality of the questionnaires.

(ii) Respondents

According to the principle of random sampling, the samples of this study are selected from students from four universities (Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou Institute of Light Industry, Henan University of Finance and Economics and Henan Agricultural University). We * * * distributed 400 questionnaires and recovered 396, accounting for the total number of questionnaires. Due to the limited number of questionnaires, we only set missing values for questionnaires with incomplete answers, which are not regarded as invalid questionnaires. So the efficiency equals the recovery rate. Boys 199, girls 197, freshmen 42, sophomores 197, juniors 137, seniors 2 1, others 5. There are 64 only children, accounting for 16.2% of the total, and 332 non-only children, accounting for 83.8% of the total. Introverts 184, extroverts 204.

Main personality: it is divided into extroversion and introversion, and the variable is a kind of variable directly from the answer to question 7.

2. Data collection process

We first identified four universities in Zhengzhou (Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou Institute of Light Industry, Henan University of Finance and Economics and Henan Agricultural University), and then randomly selected 100 students from each university. * * * Select 400 students, who constitute the sample of this survey. The survey adopts a self-filled questionnaire, which is sent by our team members to randomly selected students, and the answers are filled in on the spot, but they are still taken back by the investigators after filling in the answers. A total of 400 questionnaires were sent out, and 396 were recovered, with a recovery rate of 99%. The questionnaire was not recovered mainly because the respondents collected it privately. Generally speaking, students fill in the questionnaire very carefully and the quality of the questionnaire is high.

Three. Information introduction and analysis

(a) data classification

1, statistics

There are 396 valid questionnaires, including boys 199 and girls 197. There are 42 freshmen, 0/97 sophomores, 0/37 sophomores, 2 sophomores, and 5 others. There are 64 only children, accounting for 16.2% of the total, and 332 non-only children, accounting for 83.8% of the total. Introverts 184, extroverts 204.

2. Typical data

Because the college students in this survey did not find a typical case, there is no such information for the time being.

(2) Data analysis

1. According to the research hypothesis put forward before our investigation, the personality of dormitory members has a great influence on the relationship between dormitory members, and the relationship between extroverts and dormitory members is more harmonious, and vice versa. The following are the statistics after the survey

Table 1 table 1

Table 1 shows that the proportion of extroverted students and dormitory members is very harmonious, which is 29.9% and 18.7% respectively. The relationship between extroverted students and dormitory members is more harmonious than that between extroverted students and dormitory members. Their proportions are 58.9% and 57.7% respectively. The relationship between extroverted students and dormitory members is generally lower than that of introverted students. Their proportions are 0.96% and 2 1.3% respectively. According to the analysis of table 1, the relationship between extroverted students and dormitory members is better, while the relationship between introverted students and dormitory members is more general.

2. Let's see if the difference in family economic status has any influence on the relationship with dormitory members.

Table 2

Table 2 shows that 78.6% students with good family economic conditions have a harmonious relationship with dormitory members, and 86.9% students with medium family economic conditions have a harmonious relationship with dormitory members.

82.9% students with average family economic conditions have a harmonious relationship with dormitory members. 75.5% students with financial difficulties have a harmonious relationship with dormitory members. It can be seen that students with moderate and average family status have the best relationship with dormitory members, followed by students with good family economic status, and students with poor family economic status have the worst relationship with dormitory members.

The main reason that affects the interpersonal relationship of college students' dormitory is not the huge conflict of interests, but some trivial matters, such as some minor disputes caused by different views on the living habits and daily behaviors of dormitory members, which is more obvious for girls. Another phenomenon was found in the survey, that is, all the four schools we investigated had heterosexual accommodation, and the proportion was quite large (12.3%).
