Mr. Li Baoku 1995 started his own business and engaged in real estate project development by way of project contracting cooperation.
Hangzhou He Kun Residential Construction Co., Ltd., the predecessor of He Kun Construction Group Co., Ltd., was formally established in 1998, and has been the chairman and general manager (president) ever since.
On May 29th, 2007, Li Baoku was elected as the executive vice president at the first Council meeting of the Real Estate Professional Committee of Zhejiang Private Enterprise Association held in Fuchun Mountain Residence, Jindu, Hangzhou.
On May 13, 2007, Li Baoku attended the large-scale sea election press conference of "One Hundred Years of Xiling Chinese Seal" held at the site of "Hejiayuan" project. On behalf of He Kun Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Li Baoku donated a cheque of 654.38+300,000 yuan to Xiling Printing Factory. At the same time, in order to thank the construction for its support to the national cultural undertakings, Xiling Printing Society presented a package to the construction.
At 00: 00 on June 5th+10/October 6th, 2007, Li Baoku attended the "2006 China Real Estate Charity Night" held in Kerry Center Hotel. The items auctioned that night included a helmet donated by Feng Lun, chairman of Beijing Wantong Real Estate, a Beckham No.7 jersey donated by famous sports commentator Dong Lu, and a watch donated by Hong Kong actor Deric Wan.
